Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds follow our Returns policy. In short: unopened goods are refundable within 14 days of delivery, and opened personal bathroom-use items are not refundable unless defective.

How refunds are issued

• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
• We refund the product price; original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.
• All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Timing

• We inspect returned items within 2–3 business days of receipt.
• Once approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.
• Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Defective items

If your item is defective or damaged on arrival, we will refund or replace it at no cost to you, including reasonable return shipping. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Orders already dispatched follow the standard returns process.

Non-refundable situations

• Opened personal bathroom-use items that are not defective.
• Returns initiated after the 14-day window.
• Items damaged through misuse or incorrect installation.
